Sorry to but in so late, but my direct family lived at Bebside Mill, Humford Mill and Rivergreen Mill at dates ranging from 1780 - 1850 names were Swan(n) and Gledson (Gledstone).  At one point I was under the opinion that Bebside and Humford were one and the same, but now know differently although very close together.  If any one could give me the history of these three mills i would like to note it on my tree, and maybe compile the history of them within my family.

In the bottom right of the attached image, you'll find all the co-ordinates you need to go to exactly where the Bebside Mill was.

Theres a photo of the area doing it's rounds on facebook at the minute, don't know if it shows the actual cottages though, will have a snoop and see if i'm allowed to post it here :)

Not having much luck i'm afraid, it's there, but there are that many Blyth history groups on there it's taking some time  :D
