I am trying to find anything on Harry Sheppard. He was born in Canada (Montreal?) about 1900. He married Catherine McQuiillan Lonsdale b. 1905, Coatbridge, Scotland. She emigrtaed to Canada in 1923.
Harry was a boxing promoter and spent some time in London in the 1950s. i have found the odd newspaper article where he is mentioned in relation to boxing.
They had a daughter Mary, an actress, who married John Howe, an actor, in Ottawa, 13 May 1951. they were appearing in "Light Up The Sky" at the LaSalle Playhouse, Ottawa.
I have not been able to find anything other than entries on passenger lists. Harry and Cathie crossed the atlantic a number of times.
