A current Scottish politician - not Ms Sturgeon
and via marriage some generations back:
The last public hangman, Pierrpoint
Eric Morecambe ( no, that's not a joke)
And a well known medium / spiritualist around wartime.
    but nothing at all close, unfortunately.

Doing a bit of research into one of my wife's lines, I thought I had found a connection to one of my own. Instead, I found a descent from Owen Glendower. At first glance, it looks to be accurate, but I will confirm it for myself.
