Hi Bruce,

I have searched the log files. They show that you changed your e-mail address in your user profile on that morning. The software forces a reactivation upon you changing your e-mail address. Your membership was reactivated by one of the Admin Group 21 minutes after you changed your e-mail address.

Yes, that is the case, but be assured that work is still in progress. Unfortunately it is taking longer than we would have hoped.

This problem has been going on for quite a while now! I had been using the FAQ method for quite some time, but now I haven't been able to get in that way for more than 2 weeks now. I can't believe they can't fix this problem. Maybe they're not aware how many people are having trouble, but it seems to be quite widespread - I cant get in with IE or Firefox or my phone, so I would have to expect that a lot of other people are also experiencing it. The error message indicates they should increase a PHP parameter to allocate more memory - but I imagine that if it was as simple as that they would have fixed it by now?

I can still get in from our desktop computer, but not from my laptop since a tidy-up when I cleared cookies.
If you can still access the site, leave cookies well alone!
