Restoration Challenge

This is a photo of my great grandmother Elizabeth Brady (nee Lawler) and her family from Dublin, taken about 1920's I guess.
You guys will know better than me, can anything be done to this photo to enhance it or is it too far gone.

Hi,

Before I attempted to restore/enhance photograph, I needed to colourise first and take a fair bit of liberty to bring the best out of it.

I hope that this meets with your approval.
