Woohoo is it Xmas?  Birthday?  Nope just the great peeps on Roots helping out again!

Mike I take it you're still here in Leicester?  If so do you use the LRO much?  I used to go there regularly but always seemed to get confused and found myself going backwards and forwards not coming away with much info! I was wondering if you go anywhere else or you are just far cleverer than me on the net???   :-[  Roots really is the best site I have found online.

I was born in Highfields (Earl Howe St) and spent my childhood on Charnwood St and Spinney Hill Park.
