Hi, I think FA is talking about this word, a higher resolution scan of this word alone may help with identification as image looks blurred

McCorkell, Clarke, Williams, Craig, Baird, Peoples, MacDonald, Wray and associated families, Counties Donegal and Londonderry, Ireland and America

Yes I agree - It isn't a good scan of the image, but that's how it appears on the site that Rathmore gave the link to - I think it reads: "Ware", on both docs - but as I have no knowledge of placenames in Ireland, I have no idea if that's a possibility -

Hello    Tbullivant1 -

What line are you from ? - If you've read the other posts on this thread, you'll see I was given some good info to go on - and from that I've since found the marriage of Sarah's parents - Matthew O'DONNELL and Elizabeth PAINE - 02 Sep 1798 at Parish/district of Drumhome Donegal - Mathew's address is given as: Aghdorey, denomination as Church of Ireland - Elizabeth's address not given, and denomination is also CofI - Matthew's father is given as John O'DONNELL and Elizabeth's father as William PAINE - I have also found Sarah's baptism record - 18 March 1809 at Drumhome Donegal Church of Ireland - with both parents listed - unfortunately no actual birth date - Her sister Mary's baptism was in 1805 and Prudence in 1811 - But I've still not found a marriage for Sarah O'DONNELL and George CLENDINNING - I may have found a burial for Elizabeth PAINE O'DONNELL - July 1860 at Templecarne Donegal

My line is from James CLENDINNING the 3rd son of George & Sarah -

My line comes from Eliza their only daughter who was also granted land in muswelbrook which was unusual at that time.

Hey all had properties next to eachother which they farmed and they sold them all to one brother in the end. Robert.

Eliza is my 2xgreat grandmother.
