Pubs/Licensed Victuallers/ Landlords = NORTFLEET

I s there anyone who has details of where licensee data/ applications can be found for Public House in Northfleet circa 1900  to 1930 ?

Have found an index of pub/ licensee data (E R Green Collection) in Gravesend Library but no flesh on the simple names and years quoted 

Were there not applications, in that period, from those applying to be a Pub Landlord... if so, where would they be now 

The Pub: The Dover Castle, Dover Road, Northfleet

Year &  Landlord: 1926 = ? Mansfield and 1909 - 1914 Charles Maxwell (aka Maxwell-Holroyd)

PS: Have ALL the 'City Ark' and 'Census' data available

Remember my Old Nan, now and again, used to send me, with a note, down to DC to take a few 'empties' back nad get her packet of Players No 6
