Dennis Kenealy & Mary Burns
« on: Saturday 14 January 12 12:47 GMT (UK) »
Dennis Kenealy married Mary Burns in Bristol in September Q 1888.  Is anyone researching this family?

Hi,
Yes I am. My part of the family lived in Bristol. before that they were in London after coming over from Ireland. Catholic so not many records online. I do have Dennis kenealys parents marriage certificate. Let me know if you are still looking and I can email you some info.

Hi Chris
I had almost given up on that Bristol line.  Although I have lots of facts on tailor Denis Kenealy, my interest is on the Burns family, particularly Johanna (Annie) Burns 1877-1902, younger sister of your Mary Burns.  She had several children with John Stevens, who may have been my late wife's grandfather, but have not yet found the vital proof.  If you have anything on poor deaf & dumb Annie I should love to have it.

Hi Paddy,

I'm afraid I don't think I know any more about Annie than you. She is on the 1901 census with the Kenealy's, and there it states her disability as you are aware. I did not know she married and had children. I will send you an email later with what I have for the Kenealy's.
