  Thanks loads!!! Am I  right in thinking then that my Williams father (william born1840ish) married the lady called Elizabeth from Worle. The William and Hannah in the census from 1841 1851 and 1861 are my Williams grandparents? Its getting late n my heads getting muddled lol.

I had thought that my Williams mother was called Elizabeth but was unsure.

Will greatly appreciate the other census returns when u free...thanks loads again,Lisa.

nearly right; your williams parents were william prosser born c 1835 in chepstow and elizabeth white born c 1830 in worle,somerset(that is her married name from her first marriage will see if i can find her maiden name when i have finished with the censuses)
your williams grandparents are andrew prosser born c 1803 in chepstow and hannah born c1806 in chepstow(will see if i can find her maiden name again after i have posted the censuses)
