Ernest Charles Barrett

I've hit a brick wall with a great uncle, Ernest Charles Barrett. He was born 15 Nov 1882 in Kentish Town, London, England, and appears in the same area in the 1901 census. All I can find on Ancestry [as I haven't got access to worldwide records] is a marriage in York County, Ontario. All other details unknown, it might not even be my Ernest.
Is anyone able to access this marriage record please?

Could this be a death record for Ernest ?

Ernest C Barrett. Born about 1883and aged 35 years
Date of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar 1918
Registration district: Willesden. Middlesex. 3 a 300

Looks like a marriage to Olive Lillian Ashton - September 1909 Islington 1b 698
Possibly followed by the birth of 2 sons - Walter Born Islington March 1916 1 b 250 and died Islington March 1916 1 b 242  and the other son Islington December 1917 1b 188 (won't put the other name yet just incase.)
