cannot find a christening for fanny though and the surname seems to be transcribed as parsley in 1891
plus they have an 8 yr old son named john with them in 1891 so unless the son baptised 1877 had died this could be 2 different families
will have a closer look and see what i can find out

Where did you get her full name?

The family Wozzle has found are constantly ' Parsley ', not Paisley.

She's recorded in the marriage index as Paisley, but if the handwriting in the register is slightly iffy, the quarterly return to the GRO could be wrong.

Unfortunately Westminster registration district marriages aren't online so you'll need to get the marriage cert to confirm. They are several churches within the registration district as well as the register office itself so it will be hard to determine where the marriage took place. If you did know, you could ask the City of Westminster Archives to check the church (they don't have access to register office marriage) but they do need an exact date and place.
