Restore and colour please, if possible and maybe an approx date

I would love to have a restore and colour, please. I have given it a couple of attempts myself but failed miserably.

The lady on the right is my Great Great Great Grandmother.  :)

Great photo!  My best guess is about 1910, but China and Jim will be able to hopefully narrow that down for you.

             Thank you for that. She was born in 1844 [Ireland] so 1910 could be about right, bearing in mind people did tend to look older back in the day.

GUIDE FOR PHOTO RESTORATIONS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SCANNER BED IS CLEAN AND SCAN AT A RESOLUTION OF 300-600 WITH THE SCALE AT 100% MINIMUM.

If you would like a coloured version, details such as hair colour , eyes and clothing etc.  if known  would be helpful to restorers

I can't stop looking at it now! Have sent them to my Daddy as well, as I can see such a resemblance now to my gt Gran, his Grandmother.
