A 1907 Marriage in Philadelphia ??

Hi. I have hit a brick wall looking for the record of my Great Granparents marriage. I'm am aware that the marriage took place in 1907 in the Philadelphia area. Their names were Francis Joseph Hyett and Emma Pettett. If you can help in anyway I would be much appreciated.
They were both born in the UK and travelled to the USA to start a new life.

There is a Philadelphia marriage index for that time frame on www.familysearch.org, but I don't see them on there.
