Edward (edwin) Pepping
« on: Monday 02 January 12 17:40 GMT (UK) »
Would someone please look up Edward Peping on the 1851,61, 71 and 81 census please.  I believe he may also be known as edwin and may have been born in Germany around 1843.  He had a daughter Ada Louise Pepping who was born 1889 somewhere London.

Many Thanks in advance, Paul

Hi Paul

I'm a bit confused about the information you have given.  The only Ada Louise/Louisa Pepping I can see was born in Portsmouth in 1880 to a German/Prussian father Bertram (a military policeman) and an English mother Jane.  I can see that a good bit of information has been provided to you with regard to this family in a thread on another FH website.

Can you give a bit more detail about your sources of information for an Edward/Edwin and an 1889-born Ada? Have you found any birth registration for her in London, or either of them on any census?

Anna :)

Thanks everyone.

Anna  Edward was the father of Ada Louise and I believe he was born around 1843-5, and was of a German father.  I'm looking for both Edward and  his wife, the parents of Ada.  If possible I'd like to find Edwards parents.

Sorry for the confusion

Hi

What records have you found for Ada pre her marriage? 1891-1911 census/birth registration?

Can we have the full details from her marriage certificate please?

Is this her death registration?

Ada L Larken
March quarter 1952
aged 64
Poplar registration district

If so this would put her birth circa 1888/89.

Regards

Valda
