I was wondering where you got your info that he was born in Suffolk, Adebec.  One thing I would say is that the Norfolk and Suffolk records sometimes meld for various reasons so it is possible that he was born in Suffolk but might appear in Norfolk records.

The information that he was born in Suffolk comes from many other family trees on Ancestry.com... I am now rethinking this information.

Thanks for the heads up about the Norfolk/ Suffolk details.
