Can you eliminate the albert Weidner at

RG13/306; Folio: 55; Page: 58 &
RG12/1049; Folio 39; Page 3 ?

I really think you need that marriage entry in full.

https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/NXD7-BQK

Also try & be clear if you mean Albert or Alfred; you have used both names.
The link is for the correct marriage

Given the fact that Alfred was adopted by another family and the fairly unusual surname, it may be worth looking at Elizabeth (born c 1865 died 1886) and Henry Weedner (born c 1862 died 1890) both in Stourbridge/Birmingham area as possible parents or at least relatives?

There is a newspaper account from 1886 in relation to Elizabeth's death, which refers to her husband being called Henry (an umberella mender) and also to two young children (although it is not entirely clear whether these were her children or her sister in law's children).  If you PM me I can send the newspaper accounts.
DIXSON/DIXON - Ripon/Harrogate/Leeds
ELLIS - Gildersome/Cleckheaton/Leeds
HARDCASTLE - Ripon
HOWELL(S) - Brawdy/Barrow in Furness
JOHN - Pendine/Marros/Swansea
KELLS - Dublin
LAWSON - Hunslet
LEAHY/LEE - Ireland/Brecknock/Swansea
LUCAS - Hunslet
MORGAN - St Davids
POLLARD - Weymouth/Ripon/Harrogate/Leeds
REES - Solva
REID - Halifax/Leeds
SAVAGE - Bristol/Leeds

We have found out that his father was Henry Weedner, so there is a good chance that its the Henry/Elizabeth youve mentioned, you say it states 2 children I wonder whome the other is, we also need to look into Henry and Elizabeth on census records.
