I have made an error with John Albert's birth.  I wondered if Oscar William PHELPS who was on the electoral roll at the same address as Beatrice Louise at Kalgoorlie in 1916, may have been a brother.  John Albert was not born in South Australia and his year of birth was 1892 which ties in with the information on his attestation papers and his age at death on the burial record.  Misled by his statement he was born in Adelaide.  Sorry about the incorrect information.  He was considerably younger than Beatrice Louise Adelaide/Annie
