Hi

My great grandfather was also James Durkin (a french polisher), I have a copy of Census of Ireland which he although born in Liverpool was living in Belfast, Ireland.  He was born around 1881, and his wife was Elizabeth, with 6 children at the time of census, one of which was my grandmother.  When they lived in Liverpool they attended SFX church, as they lived around Everton Brow.  I wonder if you are a cousin?

 :)

Hello:

It may well be that we are distant cousins. I have been researching the Durkins for some time now and I would to find some of my grandmother's sisters. Tell me about your family. Have you looked at my family tree on ancestry.co.uk, the name is Hillick Family Tree. Take a look at the Durkin branch and let me know if I am missing anything.

Cheers
