Deaths of children. GARNER

I have found out from the 1911 census a GG parent who had 9 children born only 2 living. My GGrandmother being one of them.
I have looked through the other census and cannot find any other children. My GGrandmother  Annie,was born in 1886 in Gorton W, Manchester.
Another girl, Edith Mary Garner was born 1883.
Parents John Garner and Alice Gertrude Taft were born 1859-60.They lived in Moulton Cheshire and in Manchester.
Is there anywhere I can check other births? I have tried Freebmd but there are too many which could fit the bill.

Alice Gertrude Taft married John Garner in 1878 in St Stephens church,Moulton , Cheshire...do you have them in the 1881 census ?
