jaro are you still looking for information about this Foley family from Lithgow and Thomas Foley married to Mary Mcbean? These are my ancestors and I have a history of the family that was done by someone else. I am not sure that it is entirely correct though and wondered if you had been able to find any further information that may match mine, or if I can help you with what I know.
