I'm not aware of on-line Bastardy Records for Ombersley, someone may correct me. That would leave the Worcester Family History Centre

I think you would be
very lucky to find one for the 1920's. They were just totally impractical in the growing industrial cities and towns. As Workhouses were still around you may just find a record in their day book minutes.
The other place you might try, other than the birth certificate, would be the Baptism record.
