GALE Sophia's death date & place

Narrowed down to her arrival in New York on Acasta 21 Oct 1825 with their dau Emma Matilda, & her husb George Burcher GALE's remarriage as a widower on 28 Mar 1828 in London where Sophia was from.     George was an actor on Broadway Aug 1824-25.   His 4 dau's with his 2nd wife all died in the tragic Continental Theatre Philadelphia fire in 1861.

It has subsequently been discovered that Sophia Frances Gale (nee Drew) died 28 Apr 1826 in Montréal, Quebec, Canada. Her burial is listed in the records of Christ Church Cathedral.
