Very interested in having a Website on Rootschat.

I'm putting a site together at present using Frontpage, but am going on a Dreamweaver course soon which hopefully will make life a bit easier!!!

What about an alphabetical list of Rootschatters Free Webpages ?

Not only would they be great to read, they would also encourage others to set theirs up.

I'm at that stage where I haven't a clue what I'm doing, only been at this genealogy for a couple of months and still don't know what's what.   For instance, I keep seeing 'Gedcom Files'   errrrrrr, what's a Gedcom file and how do you do one??   

Would the 'start up a web page' site have a tutorial on how a dummy could learn about it all??
