Hi Vera, I have a possibility for Timothy in Dewsbury in 1861 with a son Timothy aged 4 Spennymoor and a John 2 b Spennymoor, but married to a Mary? What were the names of the children years of birth/places that were born prior to his marriage to Bridget?

With some difficulty I found Timothy and family in 1871 - they are indexed under the surname Toy.

RG 10 / 3014 / 21 / 36

Hill Top, Easington

Timothy Toy, head, mar, 53, ag lab, Ireland
Bridget do, wife, mar, 30, do
Timothy do, son, 14, coal miner, do
John do, son, 12, Durham Spennimoor
William do, son, 10, Yorkshire ?Daw green
Mary do, daur, 6, do do
Margaret do, daur, 4, Durham Spennimoor
John Burke, son in law, 5, do Blaydon
Ann Toy, daur, 9 mo, do Easington

So judging by this I think the family Keyboard found looks like the right one

It's really useful if you give links to information already found on earlier enquiries

This is the family keyboard found in 1861.

Apart from the surname (which we now know from your previous thread that Timothy used intechangeably) the details match fairly well

RG 9 / 3410 / 18 / 30

Middle Road, Dewsbury

Timothy Donoghoue, head, mar, 38, Hawker, Ireland
Mary do, wife, mar, 29, do, do
Timothy do, son, 4, do
John do, son, 2 , Durham Spennymoor

The 1871 census indicates a daughter Mary aged 6 born in Yorkshire.
freeBMD shows Mary Donohoe born 4q 1864, Dewsbury 9b 561
