Hi,

I don't see the father with them on the passenger list, but Form 30As for the family members seem to suggest that he is travelling with them.   Perhaps he is somewhere else in the manifest?   

Here is the mother Mary's Form 30A.  Her husband's name isn't there - unfortunately.

Oh Ok I will keep looking but it does not list the fathers name. Will keep searching!

Scotlands People should be able to get you the name of the parents if you buy the birth certificate for Beyl.  There seems to be one marriage between Mary Williamson and ? Johnston in the years preceding the birth of the youngest child.  Credits at Scotlands People are quite reasonable.
