Thank you KGarrad

I was hoping this couple would have had a daughter, named Hannah.

Reference is RG09; therefore 1861.
Ewloe Town is actually in Flintshire (Wales) but very close to the Cheshire border.

KGarrad

Was Ewloe Town, Flintshire ever part of Denbighshire?

I was hoping daughter, Hannah, might have been 19 to 20yrs
of age.  Her father was called Robert Griffiths and was reported
deceased on Hannah's marriage certificate in Dec. 1864.

Appreciate your help

Was Ewloe Town, Flintshire ever part of Denbighshire?

From GenUKI:

Hawarden is one of the "ancient parishes" of Flintshire. It originally comprised the sixteen townships of Aston, Bannel, Bretton, Broughton, Ewloe Town, Ewloe Wood, Hawarden, Mancot, Manor, Moor, Pentrobin, Rake, Saltney, Sealand and Shotton.
On 12 December 1874, the new parish of Buckley was created, from the township of Ewloe Wood and parts of the townships of Ewloe Town and Pentrobin.

So the answer to your question is "No".
