Priscilla also had a brother William, born about 1804 in Shelton(Hanley) who she is staying with in the 1871 census.  It states he is a Pottery Warehouseman(Packer).  Looking back at previous censuses, it looks like he was married to an Elizabeth.  There are a lot of William Goodwin`s so trying to get the right one is tricky.

Also another sister Mary Emma who was his housekeeper in 1881 census being unmarried to him being a widower
