re-shipping to Brisbane Qld

Hi all
        I am looking for the name of a ship my great grandmother left England on around 1912 to Brisbane Queensland.  Her name was Louisa Carter born about 1867 Sussex.  She may have had her daughter Emily Mabel with her age about 19.  Louisa made another journey to England with or without her daughter before 1912 or after 1912.
