You aren't a pest, I'm struggling to find a birth for Alloah - but I'm wondering whether he married twice because there's also someone called Alvah D G Myers who married a Lilian Young in 1920 ?

Not quite sure why you were struggling ? If you are looking for a marriage you'd put one of their names into the search - with the name of their spouse, if known - underneath. Sometimes they don't appear automatically and you have to try lots of different variations till you find them. Hoping you've got there now - if not, give us a shout !
