I am not sure of your train of thought here ...
If Harriet was born 1893, she will not be on 1841 or 1851 census.

Have you looked on FreeBMD for a birth for her?
Do you know whereabouts in Middlesex she was born? It is a large area!
DO you have an occupation for John Wilson?

1901 has numerous Harriet Wilsons born around 1893 with father called John, but none of the H's were born Middlesex
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex
DeBoo - London
Green - Suffolk
Parker - Sussex
Kemp - Essex
Farrington - Essex
Boniface - West Sussex

1851 has two possibles

A 10 yr old Harriett bn Pinlico, living in Westminstrer, her Dad John is a pianoforte maker

A 6 yr old HArriet bn Tottenham, living Tottenham, her Dad John is a shoemaker.

Did you get her father's name from her marriage cert? If so what occupation did it give for him) and what address was she married from?

Hi, She married in 1862 Tasmania OZ. Died in NZ 1922 with father John stated but no mother. She had an uncle Henery Godfrey who had a holiday in Tasmania as a convict but returned to England and after his wife Mary Clarke died he went back to OZ with his family in 1858 and we think Harriet followed them out at some stage?

This is all new to me as we had her as a orphan until we got the contact re the uncle's will she was mentioned in!

Regards Greta

Thanks for the look up, that can not be the one. Maybe the orphan thing is right. I will have to go back to the searching board. Thanks Greta
