I have found out that his parents were
George Boyer FIVEASH was born in 1893 in Wakapatu, Southland, New Zealand. He died on 10 Jun 1978 in Blenheim

Someone has quite an extensive Tree on the Fiveash family.
It includes a Photo of Thomas William Fiveash 1868-1936 + a Family Group Photo.
