I can only see one birth and marriage entry for Susan Louisa SHIRLEY, plus a corresponding death entry as YORK:

Births Dec 1887
SHIRLEY  Susan Louisa
Brixworth 3b 124

Marriages Jun 1909
SHIRLEY  Susan Louisa
(possible spouse)
YORK  William Thomas
Brixworth 3b 276

Deaths Jun 1968
YORK  Susan Louisa
aged 81
b. 14 Oct 1887
Brixworth 3b 1188

The free index to the 1911 census at http://fmpbsol.1911census.co.uk/ shows Susan Louise YORK living in Brixworth registration district - you may wish to invest in a few credits to see the full entry, but the advanced search facility suggests that her husband is William Thomas, born c1883.

Do you have birth/death dates for John William YORK?

Are you sure it wasn't William Thomas York. He married Susan Louisa Shirley in 1909 in the Brixworth district ?

Sandy . All the info about Susan that you have messaged me are correct
Ellen was married to William , Ellen died in her forties ,
Cause Jane was with her when she died there is a family bible to confirm this
William I think in the 1911 census is left with Jane ,
Jane married a George Matthews  . They are both Jane and George buried in pitsford church just below Susan and John Thomas  York hope this helps . But Susan and John are the pain in the but .
