Fortune VAUGHAN COMPLETED

Hi everyone,
My lady married Robert Wilde at Church Aston on 10 March 1662 but thats all I know.It would be fantastic if anyone can expand on that info. I would so much like to find out who she is. Thank you in antiscipation

Hiya Graham...familysearch - search -advanced search has 3 records for Fortune Vaughan
the 1662 Extracted marriage - Robert has no e on the end of Wild on the record
birth abt 1617 of MRS FORTUNE VAUGHAN at St Margarets,Westminster,London....so...could it be that Robert married a Widow ??....this would make Fortune 44/45 when she married Robert...have you any children for Robert/Fortune ??...if so - it`s the wrong lady , unless she had them very late in life ....do you have a death for Fortune ? and if so , does it match a birth around 1617......maybe her 1st husband was killed in the English Civil War..Shropshire was a hotbed of battles during 1642-1651
.Fortune /Patience /Hope / etc were names used by Quakers ...do you know whether Robert Wilde a quaker , ?

If it is a possibility Fortune was a widow....her first husband was Richard Vaughan...let me see if I can find a marriage

ADDED...sorry , can`t find the marriage ....on the 2nd of the two records of Mrs Fotune Vaughan it states her husband was Richard Vaughan

Wow thats a fantastic start thank you so much. Well as for your two questions
Fortune died 3 Mar 1707 buried at Edgmond Shropshire
Robert and Fortune had 3 children that I know of John (my line) ba 30 Dec 1669
Anna bu 22 Feb 1672 and Robert ba 16 Mar 1672 all Edgmond
Thats all I know

On the website, archive.org the Parish register for Edgmond has Fortune Wilde's burial date as 3 MAY 1708.
