Can anyone tell me where Drumbore is?
« on: Saturday 19 November 11 06:19 GMT (UK) »
I have a marriage certificate that says that the Wedding took place in Cloone, Leitrim and that the address of the Groom is Cloonageer and the address for the Bride is Drumbore. I've googled Drumbore but come up with nothing. Is Drumbore a town or Parish in Leitrim?

Regards,

Tammy

Could it be the townland of Drumboher which is in Cloone civil parish? See http://www.thecore.com/seanruad to find townlands and parishes in Ireland (be sure to change default setting from exact match to search for part of a word).
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

That could be it. I have noticed many spelling mistakes on Birth, Death and Marriage records. I'll look in to Drumboher. Thanks!
