My direct ancestor (8 generations) Lewis/Louis Phillips b1690 Nether Stowey, m Sarah Parsons 29 Apr 1708 Monksilver, Somerset, d1747 Nether Stowey, had children including James who married Sarah Poole 9 July 1746 in Monksilver, Somerset.
Mary Phillips's gravestone gives her age, suggesting she was born in 1765 Nether Stowey.
However, Sarah Phillips née Poole b1726 died in 1762 and, in any case, would have been too old to bear Mary at age 46?
