WILLIAM WEBBER...KINGSLAND MIDDLESEX
« on: Tuesday 15 November 11 20:25 GMT (UK) »
[i]Hello, :)

I have been trying to trace my grandfathers family line, but now seem to have hit a brick wall. :'(

So far I have traced back to my 3x g grandfather.....

He was....William Webber born 1818 at Kingsland London, He married in 1834 and had a family with Mary King from Stepney.

I am struggling at this point as I cannot find any details about his Mother or Father, their birth or marriage !

I would so appreciate any help that anybody give me.

Many Many Thanks
Maggie.

The 1851 image is unclear but I think he is meant to be 38 giving a birthyear of 1813

This is supported by the 1861 entry which shows him as 48 and b Shoreditch

Many Thanks to all who replied to my post... :)

I am new to this site so please bear with me, sorry.

I should have given background info I had found on William Webber.

I have traced back from my grandfather, through all census's. William was born and married in middlesex, I have found a marriage to Mary King, at St Leonard's Church Shoreditch, ( not sure if its the right one though.) he  then moved to Northhamptonshire where he had his family. He then moved to monks coppenall in cheshire where he died in 1881.

I have found various info through a few sites, LDS, FREEREG, and church records on-line. But now at a complete dead end,  ??? and not sure what to do next, in order to find his father/mother, born approx 1793. Any help would be so so appreciated.

Many Thanks again
Maggie. :)

Hello,

There are only 16 miles between Wolverton (Bucks) and Northampton (Northamptonshire) itself, it seems there may have been confusion over which county Wolverton is in definitely Bucks.
