There are 3 entries for a John Savage in Lincs but all were after 1836

Thank you for that, he was supposed to have gone to the Assizes after 1832, or that was what he told the School Governors he was going to do because of "pecuniary offences", but it would seem that he didn't and still remained the School Master until his death.
