HI, I'm trying to find out about Patricia Welling born in Jersey in 1939. Mainly who here parents where and did she have any siblings. Any help much appreciated.

Newman in cambridge, chatham and london,  Buck in pill somerset Baker in devon

No she died in Bristol in 2004. I no she was born in jersey her daughter`s birth cert states her mother was born in Jersey. This daughter was adopted out by Patricia and `i`m trying to trace her real family for her. I`ve found 2 half sisters who are proving difficult to track down. Looking for any any aunts or uncles but there don`t seem to be anywhere of getting jersey birth records.
