William Bailey help?

My great great great grandfather is William Bailey married to Harriett Quincy in 1823.  I have information from the census that he was born in Stoke Doyle about 1795.  Does anyone have any information as to this being true.  I am not sure where to go from here?

there was also a brother thomas bailey born at stoke doyle on the 10th dec 1797 and baptised on the 13th dec 1797

Thank you yes I did manage to pick this up from Titchmarsh somewhere along the line.  But I am pleased to have more info on William, and now with Thomas I have another  Bailey to follow   I am thinking he is probably the Bailey on the 1861 census married to Elizabeth.  But I guess I need to confirm this.
