Next son born 1875 was given the same name in that Henry = Harry

the address on Joseph Harry's birth certificate is stated as 29 Mansion House street.

thanks Carollw. So it looks like they had a son Joseph Henry Finn befor they had Joseph harry finn. How interesting! I would have to buy the certificates you found to confirm. 
this is why this web site is so great thanks so much for all your helps.

They were at 21 Mansion House St when Jessie was christened.  Didn't hang around did they - Joseph Harry born 14.2.1875 and Jessie Caroline 30.12.1875

Thanks for the help everyone. I was looking for the second name of Joseph George Finns first wife. I thought i had found every thing else about his life. It turns out i haven't. So this is what i do know any other information would be greatly appreciated.

buried in hammering cematery 17.6.1889
he had Francis Finn with his fist wife
and the following with Caroline
Joseph Harry Finn 1875
Jessie Caroline Finn 1879
Florence Finn 1880

i have found Joseph in the following census. 1851,61,81
and caroline in the 1891 cen as Caroline holingsheads. There seems to be at least two more children.
Joseph henry finn and a Tyron finn.
Any information anyone could find on the children or his first wife would be very helpful.
