Hoping someone could look at the 1841 norfolk census for Williamson's. John and Ann or Elizabeth Williamson (nee Woods). Child wouldve been John Henry Williamson.

Many thanks,

Hi

There are many John Williamson's living in Norfolk on 1841 census

Do you have a date or place of birth for any of the Williamson family?
Do you know what area of Norfolk they came from?
Do you have them on any later  censuses?
What was his father's occupation?

When did John Henry Williamson arrive in NSW?

Was it before 1851? If it was before 1851 that can't be the family as he's on the 1851c with father & brother

Thanks Ladyhawk,

I cant find when he arrived in NSW but his obituary said he was in the colony approx 50 years when he died in 1900. He was 30 when married in 1857.
On the sons birth cert (1858 NSW BDM) it says his father (John Henry) was born in Norfolk England to parents John Williamson and Ann (Woods).
