marriage look up please

I'm trying to find a Jessie Nicol Clyne ? Marriage to a Harry Liddle around 1928

I have her as living at Thorntree street , Leith in 1935 where she had a Son John.
On his Birth Cert it says

Jessie Nicol Liddle
MS Clyne

Am I thinking that Clyne was her maiden name or previous married name ? Or Nicol was her name at birth??

Normally on Scottish birth certs, the date and place of parents' marriage is also included. Was that not the case on this birth entry?

The marriage shows with the names you have in 1928 in Edinburgh City, Jessie's maiden name being Clyne. You should be able to view and download the marriage from the pay to view site www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk - costs are very reasonable.
