been back and found the correct records for james thomas at york west riding assizes trial date 24 july 1819 crime stealing bank notes and promissary notes / burglary , given transportation for life .
discharged prison hulk bellerophon 12 april 1820 voyage date sep 1820
robert waterworth age 47 convicted of sheep stealing
william johnson age 23 convicted of highway robbery
all on bellerophon all tried on same day and all left england on agamemnon sep 1820
now mary daly i have found 2 records in the national archives of ireland which may well be her but not a lot of info on them .
mary daly age 17 trial date 8 / 8 / 1843 convicted of larceny [stealing ] given 7 years transportation doc ref tr5, p228
and
mary daly no age given convicted cork of larceny given 7 years transportation doc ref crf 1843 , d39 .
comment on record , convict lives with mother johanna at merry lane cork .
you can check in national archives ireland it,s all free what i found .
going back to the 3 felons above they all were listed together in the trial register but no reason of what they were tried for was given i got that info from the prison hulk register .
