hi w welcome to rootschat , have found these records for firstly a mary daly [age 27 ]trial at the old bailey , may sessions  convicted of larceny 7 years transportation [ she had been in newgate before it says ] convicted 26 may 1819 voyage date 23 oct 1819 ships name janus .
and  a william freeman alias thomas summer sessions yorkshire north riding 14 years transportaton for having forged bank notes conviction date 8 july 1826  voyage date 10 ocy 1826 ships name andromeda going to van diemans land .
both these are on ancestry records , also have a look at this site AUSTRALIAN CONVICTS it,s title says it all and it,s well worth a look do a google search it should be the first on the list of several other sites plus if you have others to look for look at the site old bailey online it has trial info plus write ups on lots of them it makes great reading just to see how crims were dealt with back in the old days and the petty crimes they did .
hope this helps in some way

Wow ! T mo THANKS for your time, I have made an error it was THOMAS, James not THOMAS, William (talk about visiting the sins of the father upon the son) I was lead to believe he got LIFE at West Riding Azzise, Yorkshire also he was tried with two others WATERWORTH, Robert and JOHNSON, William all receiving the same penalty. As to DALY ( DALEY ), Mary she was supposed to have been 20yrs old (but lots of women lie about their age) she was tried for stealing clothes at Cork Court, Cork Co.

all on bellerophon all tried on same day and all left england on agamemnon sep 1820
now mary daly i have found 2 records in the national archives of ireland which may well be her but not a lot of info on them .
mary daly age 17 trial date 8 / 8 / 1843  convicted of larceny  [stealing ]  given 7 years transportation  doc ref tr5, p228
and
mary daly  no age given convicted cork of larceny  given 7 years transportation  doc ref crf 1843 , d39 .
comment on record , convict lives with mother johanna at merry lane cork .
you can check in national archives ireland it,s all free what i found .
going back to the 3 felons above they all were listed together in the trial register but no reason of what they were tried for was given i got that info from the prison hulk register .
if you want to tell me more on why you are looking for these records especially i,d like to be nosey and know why ;D
