Edward Smith traveller showman

I have a grandfather named Edward Smith who was born supposedly at the 5 bells pub in Staines .
By my research I believe that would be at Stanwell near Staines .This would be about 1877. Most of the records I have relate to him in the Portsmouth area .However there seems to be no general birth certificate that I can find .Can anyone look at the parish records for me which I believe are kept in the  Metropolitan archives for that parish of Stanwell .His mothers name would have been Mary Ann Smith maiden name Andrews .Father possibly Noah Smith or Edward Smith

He traveled with the Lord George Sanger circus at one time but this may have been the Lord John Sanger circus after the split of the circus
