Restore -Identfy Aircraft & Date

This photo was taken at Petters Eng/Westland Aircraft at Yeovil sometime after WW1.
Love to know the actual period, and if possible identify the aircraft.
Finally if someone could work their magic and tidy it up a bit that would be a bonus.

Similar to a Handley-Page 0/400 bomber with 4 bladed propellers. circa 1917. Wing struts are slightly different.

The Aircraft is definately a " Vickers Vimy"

I would go for the Vickers Vimy too - the nose of the Handley Page is quite different:
