Upton-on-Severn Parish Registers - HOLLOWAY

I've tried IGI and all the ancestry.com records, but can't find the birth of Richard Holloway, b. 1791 or 1792 in Upton on Severn. The census records put him there from 1841 till his death in 1886 and there's an A2A record of him in 1809 placing him in U o S then.

Are the Upton on Severn parish registers available online or must they be viewed in the Worcs. history centre? If so, is anyone visiting before it closes for refurb? I won't be able to get time off for a visit in the near future.

Hi Peter

Sorry, no Richard Holloway was baptised at Upton-on-Severn CE church between 1790 and 1792 inclusive.

There were two baptised with the first name Richard and no father named.

1) Richard Townsend  13 Nov 1791 mother Mercy Oliver
2) Richard Lewis 12 Feb 1792 mother Ann Lewis

The only Richard baptised in 1793 was the son of Thomas and Elizabeth Brick.
