30th August 1810 at Bedminster,Somerset ,James Wine to Jemima Roberts ..this would make Jemima 26yrs and 9 months old at her marriage - do you think she may have been married before James Wine ?
ADDED...just checked ...no previous marriage showing..one in 1797 in Southampton to a Henry Hicks , but that would make Jemima 14 at the marriage, so very unlikely

is Bedminster a district of Bristol ?
did James die 3rd december  1820 in Bristol ?

looking at familysearch - Jemimas mother could have been  either Mary Crump or Mary Hill , as they are the only John Roberts to a Mary marriages 1773 - 1783 in Hereford....of course not all marriages are recorded and they could have married more than 10 years previous to Jemimas birth

Hi
My husbands family go through the Battle line.  Margaret Ann Margaret married Isaac Battle 1832 in Bristol. I have the marriage certificate that lists her last name as Wind.  I am now just starting to look into the Wine family so dont know anything other than what is posted on Ancestry.  I would sure appreciate anything that anyone knows that will help the search along.

  HI Mary Ann Margaret Wine was born 26 July 1811 and baptised in St Mary Redcliff Church 1812 Daughter of James & Jemima Wine

    Issac Battle Trade was a tailor

The three tuns brewery was owned by a John Roberts but its about 40 mile North of Hereford. Might be of interest to you.

  HI Mike Many thanks for that  information, is there any more about the Brewery to be found any where, Jemima married in Bristol a long way from St weonards
