I found a road called Minister Vanden Peereboomlaan in Kortrijk (Courtai), Belgium on GoogleMaps- wonder of this is the same as "31 Boul Vandenpeereboom" but unfortunately I don't know enough about the area to be certain. Perhaps meermin or someone else will know.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

It's the same street allright. Boulevard Vandepeereboom was in my childhood "Vandepeereboomlaan". In the seventies town changed the name in Minister Vandepeereboomlaan, because at that time nobody knew anymore who Vandepeereboom was. He was a very important liberal minister of interior and originated from the region, more exactly, he was from Ieper (some 30km from Courtray (Flemish name KORTRIJK). Although I haven't been there for many many years I know the street still exists, for I saw on the internet a flat to let in the same street some months ago.
